If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

• Sale items are final sale.
• Gift cards cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
